Qualificações
- Extensive experience in defendant clinical negligence and healthcare litigation.
- Proven track record in handling high-value matters.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
Responsabilidades
- Advise NHS organisations, healthcare providers, insurers and medical organisations on complex clinical negligence matters.
- Manage a varied caseload of high-value defendant clinical negligence claims.
- Develop strategic, commercially focused approaches for clients.
- Lead and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
- Contribute to growth of the healthcare practice and BD initiatives.
