Job summary

Nelsons in Nottingham, part of Lawfront, is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our specialist team. The role offers growth within a respected regional firm and the backing of a national group.

We are ideally looking for a Newly Qualified with a Clinical Negligence training seat, or someone with up to 5 years PQE to handle their own caseload and contribute to business development. Hybrid working and a supportive environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified or up to 5 years PQE in clinical negligence.
• Experience handling a multi-track clinical negligence caseload.
• Proactive, organised with strong IT and admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from inception to settlement.
• Assess liability and quantum, instructing experts.
• Draft pleadings, statements and schedules.
• Support business development and attend networking events.
