Qualifications

• Newly Qualified with a clinical negligence training seat.
• Or up to 5 years PQE in clinical negligence.
• Willing to build own caseload and network.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own multi-track clinical negligence caseload from inception to settlement.
• Assess liability, quantum and merits; instruct experts and counsel as needed.
• Draft pleadings, schedules, statements and instructions to counsel/experts.
• Attend conferences, settlements and mediations.
• Contribute to business development and team visibility.
