Job summary

Coventry City Council is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead Core Therapy, Adult Early Prevention and Local Integrated Teams. You will drive a strengths-based, person-centred approach to maximise independence and wellbeing, working across health and social care partnerships.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, champion prevention and integrated working, and ensure timely support for residents in their homes and communities.
