We are a Four Day Week employer

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Manager with specialist experience in Contraception and Sexual Health (CASH) to lead and support our dedicated team in Blackburn.

As a key member of the local leadership team, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centred clinical services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician with strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, providing professional leadership to the nursing team, and driving service excellence across our clinics.

Essential criteria

Current NMC registration
Senior nurse management experience
Relevant qualifications in contraception and GU medicine for example FSRH Diploma and STIF Competencies or equivalent
A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring check
Valid right to work in the UK

Location: Blackburn, BB2 2BL
Salary: GBP46,226 FTE per annum + GBP3,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available

After successfully completing your probation, you'll be eligible to join our 4 Day Week programme - work 20% fewer hours with no reduction in pay.
