Job summary

Cygnet Bury Hudson provides a wide range of secure mental health services for men, with a focus on complex needs. We are seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical teams and ensure high standards of care across the hospital.

The role requires RMN/RNLD with pin and at least four years of nursing experience, strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. On-call responsibilities and a 40-hour week form part of the duties.

Qualifications

• An experienced RMN/RNLD with a valid pin and at least four years of nursing experience.
• Current or recent experience as Clinical Manager or Ward Manager or in a senior nursing role.
• Strong leadership, clinical skills and compliance/regulatory knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in acute, rehabilitation, mental health or forensic psychiatry settings.
• Evidence of functioning in a supervisory clinician role within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standard of clinical care is provided.
• Coordinate all clinical aspects of the hospital and ensure cooperation between clinicians.
• Update legal documentation in line with company guidelines, NMC guidelines and current research.
