Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Harrow is seeking a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN or RNLD) to inspire, support and oversee the delivery of high-quality care. The role covers 38.5 hours per week with day and night shifts, including 7:15am-7:45pm days and 7:30pm-7:30am nights.

You will provide clinical leadership, coaching and mentoring, ensure care plans meet NMC guidelines, administer medicines, conduct care audits and participate in CPD and training.

Qualifications

• RMN or RNLD with two years’ experience
• Maintain documentation and undertake audits
• Knowledge of latest nursing practices and CPD
• Understanding of NMC guidelines and patient safety
• Commitment to patient recovery and risk management
• Enhanced DBS check required

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, coaching & mentoring for service development
• Under NMC guidelines ensure care plans are complete and maintained
• Administer medicines within healthcare procedures and guidelines
• Lead regular care audits and quality improvement activities
• Participate in training and CPD to advance nursing practice
• Attend clinical committees relevant to the role
