Job summary

Larwood Health Partnership is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our multidisciplinary clinical team across four sites in Worksop. The role combines leadership, governance, and hands-on clinical delivery to maintain outstanding patient care within a proactive practice environment.

You will work closely with the Practice Manager, HR Manager and senior leaders to drive clinical excellence, ensure safe medicines management, and support staff development and performance within NHS

Qualifications

• Registered with NMC/HCPC/GPhC.
• Non‑Medical Prescriber qualification.
• APACs course (Advanced, Physical and Consultation Skills).
• Mentor/teaching qualification beneficial.
• Relevant clinical degree and current UK registration.
• Revalidation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team across four sites.
• Line management for Clinical Leads and Clinical Practitioner Team.
• Oversee medicines management, chronic disease, wound and travel health services.
• Lead, mentor and appraise staff through clinical supervision and development.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care and adherence to policies.
• Partner with Practice Manager and senior leaders on service planning and standards.
