HCRG Care Group is seeking a Clinical Lead for the BSW Wheelchair Service to influence assessment, postural management and rehabilitation support across communities. The role covers governance, complex case support, pathway development, staff supervision and driving patient flow and service performance.

Travel across BSW sites is required, with a focus on safety and person-centred care. Lead on clinical governance and continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture

Qualifications

• Must hold HCPC registration and a relevant Allied Health degree.
• Experience delivering a wide range of interventions for people with complex needs.
• Ability to set goals and apply outcome measures.
• Up-to-date evidence-based clinical knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead wheelchair and seating pathways, setting high clinical standards.
• Oversee governance activity, incident reviews and quality assurance.
• Provide specialist advice on complex cases and ensure safe clinical decision-making.
• Shape clinical pathways with colleagues; support access and service performance.
• Lead supervision, coaching and training for the clinical team.
• Drive quality improvement activities, audits and data-informed decisions.
