Job summary

Active Care Group – Brownbill Case Management is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership across Brownbill Case Management services. You will shape clinical strategy, drive service quality and support development of our case management provision.

You will oversee governance, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risk, and work with stakeholders to ensure safe, person-centred care for clients with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional (e.g. OT, Physiotherapist, Nurse, SALT, Social Worker)
• Significant clinical experience in complex care or case management
• Experience leading or supervising healthcare professionals and engaging with external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and governance across Brownbill Case Management
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and professional development of case managers; deliver supervision and appraisals
• Engage with referrers and stakeholders to support business growth
• Oversee operational caseload allocation and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and governance frameworks
