Job summary

Active Care Group seeks an experienced Clinical Lead for Brownbill Case Management to provide clinical leadership across the service and shape strategy with the Senior Leadership Team. The role requires governance oversight, safeguarding, and development of case management practice.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with relevant clinical registration.
• BABICM CMSUK membership is desirable.
• Significant clinical experience in complex care or case management with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and support to case managers.
• Lead on governance, safeguarding, and risk management.
• Drive business development and stakeholder engagement in partnership with leadership.
