SJB Medical is seeking a HCPC-registered Podiatrist to lead and influence patient outcomes within our growing multidisciplinary practice. You will mentor clinicians and help shape the future of our podiatry service.
This role blends advanced clinical work with leadership responsibilities, ideal for an ambitious clinician who enjoys developing others while maintaining a varied caseload. A driving licence and mileage reimbursement support travel to community visits.
Qualifications
- HCPC-registered podiatrist.
- Experience delivering podiatric care in NHS and/or private practice.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Professional development and ongoing training support.
- Mileage reimbursement for community visits.
Responsibilities
- Manage a broad caseload of routine and complex podiatric conditions.
- Conduct detailed assessments, diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Deliver patient-centred care and mentor junior clinicians.
- Lead clinical supervision sessions and case discussions.
- Drive audits, quality initiatives and policy development.
- Coordinate clinical stock and contribute to service development.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
