PSR Solutions is partnering with an award-winning care provider to recruit a Clinical Lead for a residential nursing home in Olney, Buckinghamshire. The role supports the Home Manager in delivering outstanding clinical care and strong operational leadership.

A registered nurse with leadership experience in care homes is ideal for this progressive position. This opportunity offers a clear path in clinical management with a supportive team, exposure to regulatory standards and ongoing professional

Qualifications

Must be an NMC registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
Proven leadership experience in a care home setting.
Deep knowledge of CQC regulations and best clinical practices.
Confident leadership and mentoring abilities.
NMC Pin and full DBS disclosure paid for, and uniform provided.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Home Manager, nurses and care staff to uphold high clinical care standards and regulatory compliance.
Provide hands-on clinical leadership ensuring safe, person-centred care.
Lead and mentor nursing and care teams to drive improvement and staff development.
Oversee medication management, wound care, health assessments and clinical documentation.
Monitor compliance with CQC standards and internal governance protocols.
Maintain knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS and compliance.
Contribute to overall operational effectiveness of the home.
