Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse for a brand-new nursing home near Olney, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. You will lead a team to provide high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.

The ideal candidate is an RGN or RMN with an active NMC pin. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week, a £50,000 salary, and generous benefits including leave, DBS, pension, and private medical cover.

Formación

• Qualified RGN or RMN with active NMC pin.
• Experience as Clinical Lead in a care home is essential.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred care.
• Ability to lead a nursing team and coordinate care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a nursing team to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Carry out care in collaboration with other nurses and professionals.
• Ensure care services meet high-quality standards.
