Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (Charge Nurse) for a brand new role in a Northern Ireland care home. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional nursing care, develop care plans, assess risks, and ensure accurate records using modern technology.

The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC pin, with experience in elderly care and a strong focus on governance and quality improvement.

Qualifications

Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC pin.
Experience leading a care team in elderly/complex care.
Proficient in care planning and risk assessments.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records with modern technology.
Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift.
Responsible for making decisions in a timely manner.
Providing guidance and support to team members.
Making decisions and taking action in a timely manner.
Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code.
