Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse for a brand-new role in a care home based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. You will lead a team delivering high-quality nursing care and oversee care plans, risk assessments, and documentation using modern technology.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin, hours are 44 per week on a days/nights rota, and a competitive hourly rate with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience delivering nursing care in elderly health care.
• Experience participating in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Produce well-developed care plans and risk assessments in line with regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain accurate resident records and use modern technology for documentation.
• Oversee medicine management on your shift in accordance with policies and legislation.
• Make timely decisions and provide clinical guidance to the team.
• Mentor and develop colleagues in line with the NMC Code.

A brand new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the County Antrim, Northern Ireland area.You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This is a special care home provides nursing care for those who have complex medical needs and for people living with dementia.We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break

As the Charge Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
• Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
• Responsible for making decisions in a timely manner
• Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members
• Making decisions and taking action in a timely manner
• Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times

**To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

The successful Charge Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.50 per hour and the annual salary is £51,480 per annum.This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 44 hours a week working on both days and nights rota basis.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
