Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting an exceptional care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland, to recruit an experienced Lead Nurse. You will lead a team, create care plans and risk assessments, and ensure medicines management complies with regulations.

The post is full-time, 39 hours per week, with a salary up to £45,630 per annum (£22.50 per hour). A Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin is essential, with a passion for elderly care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin.
• Experience delivering nursing care in elderly health care settings.
• Ability to lead a team and participate in governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Produce care plans and risk assessments with regulatory understanding.
• Oversee medicine management and maintain resident documentation.
• Make timely decisions and guide team members using clinical skills.
• Mentor staff in line with the NMC Code and best practices.
