Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment in Belfast is seeking a Registered Nurse to join an exceptional care home providing complex medical and dementia care.

The successful candidate must hold an active NMC PIN and be able to lead a team, develop care plans, manage medicines, and document meticulously in line with regulatory standards. Full-time and part-time shifts available with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Ability to lead care staff and deliver high-quality care.
• Knowledge of CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Produce care plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate resident records with modern technology.
• Oversee medicine management per policies and regulations.
• Make timely clinical decisions and provide guidance to the team.
• Mentor and support staff in line with the NMC Code.
