Job Opportunity: Clinical Lead Nurse

An incredible new job opportunity is now available for a committed Clinical Lead Nurse to work in a brand new nursing home opening in summer 2024 in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This flagship nursing home, located in the historic market town of Olney, embodies elegance and luxury living, featuring superb facilities designed with resident wellbeing in mind, and situated conveniently on the edge of town.

Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents as part of a team.
  • Carry out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
  • Maintain consistent high standards of care services.
  • Meet personal care needs of residents while respecting dignity and promoting independence.
  • Assess residents' needs accurately and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Administer medication and treatments following NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Ensure care plans are completed and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals; report any health issues and request GP or professional visits when necessary.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Clinical Lead in a care home setting.
  • Proven leadership in delivering person-centred care, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Experience in delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments.
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent person-centred care.
  • Good knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care plans.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful Clinical Lead will receive an excellent salary of £49,000 per annum. Vacancies are available for both day and night shifts. Benefits include:
