Job summary

Sirona care & health is seeking a Professional Lead for Speech and Language Therapy to oversee the Children’s SLT Service across BNSSG, including Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

You will guide clinical practices, drive strategic planning, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services for children and young people within the NHS framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a speech and language therapy service or similar healthcare team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Professional Lead for Speech and Language Therapy to join the Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service across BNSSG.

As the Professional Lead for Speech and Language Therapy, you will oversee and guide the speech and language therapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services. Your leadership will drive the development and implementation of clinical practices, contribute to strategic planning, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our children's speech and language therapy services.
