Job summary

NHS Greater Manchester is seeking a clinical leader to support three CAMHS teams in Bury, Oldham and Rochdale. You will provide guidance on complex cases, support risk management, help develop robust clinical pathways across services, and lead on structured supervision and incident debriefs.

Qualifications

• Registered professional Nursing/Social Work/Occupational Therapist.
• Degree or Diploma in a professional qualification; evidence of post-registration training/experience toward Master's.
• Experience in leadership and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and guidance to CAMHS staff.
• Lead on risk assessment, risk management and complex case discussions.
• Develop and maintain clinical pathways between CAMHS and other services.
• Lead on debriefs after incidents and support staff development.
