Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in the Greater Manchester area is seeking an experienced CAMHS clinical lead to support three community CAMHS teams in Bury, Oldham and Rochdale. The post focuses on leadership for children and young people with complex mental health needs, including neurodiversity and learning disability.

You will guide staff, develop clinical pathways, supervise teams, and ensure high quality assessments and ongoing intervention.

Qualifications

• Registered professional Nursing/Social Work/OT with post‑registration training.
• Master’s level qualification or equivalent education.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to CAMHS staff.
• Develop and maintain clinical pathways between CAMHS and other services.
• Guide risk assessment and incident debriefs within the team.
• Lead on complex case management and high quality care transitions.
• Support staff development and ensure compliance with standards.
