Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a clinical leader to support three CAMHS teams across Bury, Oldham and Rochdale. You will provide expertise in managing moderate to severe mental health needs and neurodiversity/learning disability comorbidity, guiding staff with complex cases.

The role focuses on clinical leadership, supervision, risk assessment, and development of pathways between CAMHS and partner services. It also involves contributing to service improvement and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CAMHS teams or equivalent settings.
• Ability to provide guidance on relevant legislation and clinical pathways.
• Strong leadership in risk management and incident debriefs.
