Position: Clinical Lead – Nursing Home

Location: Near Worthing, East Sussex

Hours: Full-time – 44 hours per week

Starting Salary: £53,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their well-regarded nursing home located just outside Worthing in East Sussex.

About the Role:

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care are delivered and maintained throughout the home. You will lead and support the nursing and care teams, promote best practice, and ensure compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations

Lead and mentor the nursing team

Ensure high-quality, person-centred care

Maintain robust clinical governance and CQC compliance

Support audits, care planning, and medication management

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin

Previous experience working in a nursing home setting

Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations

Excellent leadership and communication skills
