  • Oversee the management of clinical risks and ensure compliance with best practice guidelines and CQC standards.

Staff Management and Training:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, providing ongoing clinical support and professional development.

  • Lead on clinical audits, ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of care provided.
  • Implement policies and procedures that align with clinical governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Investigate and address clinical incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure a safe, effective, and responsive service.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
  • Attend client reviews and multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for the clinical needs of the service users.
  • Work closely with commissioners and other stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets expectations and contractual requirements.

Service Development:
Play a key role in shaping and developing the clinical services offered by NursLink Homecare.
