A leading healthcare provider seeks a Clinical Lead to enhance support in community nursing. The role involves guiding the nursing team, ensuring best practices in care delivery, and requires an NMC registered nurse with a Specialist Community Nursing qualification. We are seeking a Clinical Lead to join our Community Nursing team to provide enhanced clinical support and expertise to patients.
In this role, you will offer clinical guidance and direction to community nursing staff, drawing on your own expertise to support the delivery of high-quality care. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based practices to ensure best patient care.
The successful candidate will be NMC registered, hold a Specialist Community Nursing Qualification and either possess an Independent Prescribing qualification (V300) or be willing to undertake this within 6 to 12 months of starting the role. A key focus of the position is to promote a service that prevents inappropriate or unscheduled hospital admissions and supports timely and effective hospital discharges.
Working alongside the Operational Team Lead, you will also ensure that staff are competent in their roles and that new team members receive a thorough induction and the necessary support to reach the required level of competency.
