As a Clinical Lead, You Will

• Oversee clinical and quality standards within the home.
• Lead and guide nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
• Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning to enhance resident well-being.
• Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams.
• Provide hands-on clinical support and leadership when required.
