Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Nursing Leader or Registered Nurse looking to take a step into leadership? We are seeking a permanent full-time Clinical Leader based in Auckland, Christchurch, or Wellington.

As part of our PlunketLine leadership team and reporting to the PlunketLine Manager, you'll lead a team of Telenurses, ensuring quality, timely care to callers and implementing continuous improvements.

This role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, support community service, and work in a flexible, remote environment. Our Nurses deliver an essential 24/7 service; Clinical Leaders are on-call for escalations, with rostered work during weekdays and weekends.

You will also be/have:

  • Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing Well Child/Tamariki Ora
  • Professional Development Recognition Pathway (minimum Level 3)
