Job Opportunity: Clinical Lead - RGN at Chislehurst

Position: Clinical Lead - RGN

Location: Chislehurst

Service Description: A 15-bed service providing specialist residential rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury or long-term neurological conditions.

Role Overview

The Clinical Lead will support the Registered Manager in maintaining the highest standards of care, working closely on safeguarding, quality, and governance to enhance all aspects of care. You will provide visible clinical leadership, influence service development, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Note: This is a Nurse qualified role.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage staff across all areas, serving as the named lead for quality and governance.
  2. Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care, providing assurance and leadership.
  3. Promote a culture of openness, responsiveness, and person-centred care, fostering learning from incidents.
  4. Balance a philosophy of recovery with a focus on patient safety, continually improving quality standards.
  5. Lead the governance agenda, ensuring compliance with external and internal quality standards, including CQC and ICB requirements.
  6. Provide clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team, ensuring standards of infection control and cleanliness are maintained.
