Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Clinical Lead for a care home in Leek. You will lead the nursing and care team, uphold clinical standards and ensure residents receive outstanding, person-centred care.

We require an experienced registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN who can inspire a team, drive care quality and support staff development in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

Clinical Lead – Care Home | Leek

£23.81 per hour | £46,429.50 per annum | 37.5 hours per week

As Clinical Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting the nursing and care team, maintaining excellent clinical standards and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality, person-centred care.
