Qualifications

• An active NMC PIN.
• Solid nursing home or complex care experience.
• The confidence to lead other nurses and carers.
• Working towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management is encouraged here.

Responsabilités

• Shape care planning, clinical governance, supervision and training from the ground up.
• Lead the Leicester home alongside the Registered Manager as their clinical right hand.
