Job summary

Avery Park Care Home in the Avery Healthcare group is seeking a Clinical Lead to support the Home Manager across day-to-day operations, ensuring residents’ wellbeing and acting as the main point of contact for families and health and social care professionals. • Provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and visitors.
• Monitor each resident's wellbeing and report changes affecting care and care plans.
• Act as the focal point for contact with residents, relatives, visitors and health and social care professionals.
• Prepare the staff duty rota to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Appraise staff.
• Advise on the supply and quality of care items and order replacements in good time.

Job description

The Clinical Lead post sits at Avery Park Care Home, one of the homes run by Avery Healthcare. The post supports the Home Manager across the running of the home, keeping a close watch on each resident's wellbeing and acting as the point of contact for families and health and social care professionals.
