Avante Care & Support Ltd. is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 62-bed nursing and dementia home in Plumstead. You will deliver outstanding, person-centred care while driving quality, compliance and occupancy, within a values-led not-for-profit organisation.

You will provide visible clinical leadership, develop a high-performing team, manage budgets and ensure regulatory standards are met. This is a leadership role with opportunities for professional development and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical leadership with experience in nursing and dementia care.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.

Home Manager – Exciting Leadership Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead our stunning 62-bed purpose-built nursing and dementia home in Plumstead. As the Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring the home achieves excellence in quality, compliance, occupancy and team engagement.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Home Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready for the next step
• Strong clinical leadership with experience in nursing and dementia care
• Registered Nurse qualification is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, occupancy and performance
