Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 62-bed nursing and dementia home. You will deliver outstanding, person-centred care while driving quality, occupancy and regulatory compliance.

You will provide visible leadership to a multidisciplinary team, develop staff, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with residents and relatives. This is a values-led, not-for-profit organisation that supports ongoing professional development and career

Qualifications

• Previous Home Manager or Deputy Manager with leadership experience.
• Strong clinical leadership in nursing and dementia care.
• Registered Nurse qualification is desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead our stunning 62-bed purpose-built nursing and dementia home in Plumstead. As the Home Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring the home achieves excellence in quality, compliance, occupancy and team engagement.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Home Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready for the next step
• Strong clinical leadership with experience in nursing and dementia care
• Registered Nurse qualification is desirable, but not essential
