Job summary

Avante Care & Support is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 62-bed nursing and dementia home in Plumstead. You will provide compassionate, visible leadership, drive quality and regulatory compliance, and oversee occupancy and financial performance in a not-for-profit organisation.

The successful candidate will bring clinical leadership in dementia care, strong knowledge of CQC standards, and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, with a passion for person-centred

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready for the next step.
• Strong clinical leadership with experience in nursing and dementia care.
• Registered Nurse qualification is desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, occupancy and performance.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead our stunning 62-bed purpose-built nursing and dementia home in Plumstead.

As the Home Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring the home achieves excellence in quality, compliance, occupancy and team engagement.

What we're looking for
