Cardiff Metropolitan University invites applications for an Allied Clinical Health Hub Intern at Cardiff School of Sport and Health Sciences. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in healthcare or business administration related subject.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience in Healthcare or Business administration will be a key asset.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with patients, staff and students.
• Strong attention to detail when managing and prioritising tasks.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive personal and financial data.
• Willingness to work flexibly and some evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration and reception duties in the Allied Clinical Health Hub.
• Be a point of contact for patients, clients, staff and students attending or supporting the clinical services offered by the Cardiff School of Sport and Health Sciences.
• Foster and ensure good customer service to enhance the student experience.
• Provide support to new and ongoing research activities within the Allied Clinical Health Hub.
• Work with the ACHH Lead, ACHH Coordinator, technical and academic staff to maximise service provision in the clinics and undertake general administrative activities.
