Job summary

Ingeus UK is seeking a Functional Assessor to utilise clinical expertise while maintaining registration and achieving a healthier work-life balance. The role offers a starting salary of £51,582 with potential uplift in the first year based on milestones, and a 10% quarterly bonus beyond base pay.

Training to achieve DWP accreditation is provided, with options for hybrid working and on-site presence during training.

Qualifications

• Must be a clinician with registration and post-registration experience.
• Ability to write detailed, high-quality reports.

Responsibilities

• Carry out functional assessments face to face, via video & telephone to assess activities of daily living.
• Ask focused questions and use active listening and critical reasoning skills to gather information.
• Produce high quality, structured clinical reports for submission to the DWP.
• Work alongside experienced clinical colleagues to ensure high-quality, clinically fair assessments.
