Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care. You will lead the care and nursing teams, ensure governance, and maintain CQC-aligned standards.

You will mentor staff, oversee audits, reviews of care plans, and accurate documentation while liaising with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to maintain continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with relevant experience - essential.
• Experience as Deputy Home Manager is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams.
• Mentor and supervise staff, conduct clinical audits, and update care plans.
• Oversee medication management and documentation.
• Support with pre-admission and risk assessments and liaise with families and external agencies.
