You will lead clinical governance, mentor nurses and care staff, conduct audits, review care plans, oversee medication management, and maintain accurate documentation while liaising with residents’ families and external professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Deputy Home Manager experience is essential.
• Strong people skills with residents and families.
• Knowledge of safeguarding adult procedures.
• Solid understanding of CQC standards and regulation.
• Ability to work with external professionals and care teams.
