Qualifications

• Deputy Home Manager experience is essential.
• Ability to engage with service users to understand needs.
• Identify referral pathways for safeguarding adults/abuse.
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with external professionals, families and staff.
• Promote ownership of care programs with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to care and nursing teams.
• Oversee clinical governance and medication management.
