Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in delivering safe, high-quality nursing care in line with regulatory standards. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor nurses and care staff, and ensure governance and service delivery meet CQC requirements.

You will oversee care plans, conduct audits, and maintain accurate documentation while liaising with healthcare professionals and residents’ families to ensure continuity of care and service

Qualifications

• Deputy Home Manager experience is essential.
• Strong communication with residents, families and external professionals.
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards.

Responsibilities
