Job summary

Healthcare Homes is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to support the registered manager in all aspects of the home’s day-to-day running. You will assist with planning and delivering care, including medication management, and help manage and supervise the care and nursing teams.

You will be passionate, focused and committed to delivering high-quality care, with an active NMC PIN and a strong clinical background.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical background
• Commitment to person-centred care
• Knowledge of regulatory framework for care homes
• Experience leading a care/nursing team
• Excellent organisation and workload management

• Support the registered manager in day-to-day running, including acting in charge in their absence.
• Assist with planning and delivering high-quality care and medication management.
• Lead and supervise care and nursing teams with regular supervision and appraisals.
