Compass Associates are recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager for a well-regarding elderly nursing and dementia home near Milton Keynes. You will lead clinical practice, support staff development and uphold high standards of care for residents.

The role requires an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead with hands-on leadership, a strong focus on compliance, governance and collaborative working within a supportive service.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead.

Hours: Supernumerary, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend cover

About the Role

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a valued client to recruit a Clinical Deputy Manager for a well-performing elderly nursing home near Milton Keynes area.

The home provides nursing, dementia and residential care and is seeking a clinically strong, hands‑on leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care to elderly residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking to join a stable, supportive service with a strong clinical focus.

You will work closely with the Home Manager, leading clinical practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
