Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager for an established nursing home in Kirkcaldy. You will support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations and provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams.

This role combines hands-on clinical leadership with staff development, quality improvement and delivering high standards of resident care, with salary up to £50k and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in nursing home or elderly care setting preferred.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams.
• Support Home Manager with day-to-day running of the home.
• Maintain high standards of person-centred nursing care and resident wellbeing.
• Oversee medication management, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Support clinical audits, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop staff through supervision, training and performance management.
