Responsibilities

• Provide clinical governance and run the home in the Home Manager's absence.
• Mentor and supervise nurses and care staff; conduct clinical audits.
• Review and update care plans; oversee medication management and documentation.
• Manage pre-admission assessments, risk assessments and ongoing evaluations of residents.
• Maintain liaison with healthcare professionals, residents’ families and external agencies.
