Vincere in Surrey near Reigate is seeking a clinically strong Deputy Manager (RGN) for a well-regarded nursing home. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive clinical governance and CQC compliance, mentor the team, and stay visible on the floor.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours, Mon-Fri with occasional clinical cover/on-call) offering a salary of £55,000–£60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold NMC registration as an RGN.
• Experience in nursing home management or deputy management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
