Pivotal People Resourcing Solutions Ltd is seeking a clinically strong Deputy Manager (RGN) for a 36-bed nursing home near Reigate. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive clinical governance, and ensure CQC compliance while mentoring the care team on the floor.

Formación

• Clinical governance and regulatory compliance experience.
• Proven leadership of a care team in a 30+ bed setting.
