Find. is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager (Nurse / RGN / RMN / RNLD) for a large care home in Malvern. The role leads the clinical team, supports the Home Manager, and drives clinical quality as part of a major transformation.

This position offers a salary of £58,000 and a Monday to Friday pattern, with involvement in the on-call rota about 1 in 4. Active NMC registration is required, along with a background in elderly care and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead in elderly care.
• Experience supporting homes through inspections and change.
