Career Makers are partnering with a highly regarded care provider to recruit a Clinical Deputy Manager in Lowestoft. You will support the Home Manager, lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care while upholding dignity and wellbeing.

You must hold active NMC registration as RN/RMN and have nursing home leadership experience. The role offers full-time hours, a competitive salary of £52,500 per year plus excellent benefits and opportunities for progression.

Qualifikationen

• Active NMC registration as an RGN/RMN.
• Experience as Registered Nurse in a nursing home.
• Leadership/management experience in care settings.

• Support the Home Manager with day-to-day clinical management of the home.
• Lead and support the nursing and care teams to deliver high standards of person-centred care.
• Support clinical audits, assessments and reviews.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the clinical team.
• Support the Home Manager with CQC compliance and inspections.
