East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Coding Trainer to lead in-house and regional training for trainees and coders across specialties such as Major Trauma, Neurosurgery and Oncology. The role develops, implements and maintains a training programme, provides expert advice on complex coding queries and supports staff from trainee to qualified levels.

Qualifications

• Qualified Trainer with experience in clinical coding and training.
• Experience in regional training across multiple specialties.
